Description:
My husband and I want to start a bed and breakfast in St. Augustine, Florida. We have the house picked out, it needs some finishing work, that we can do a lot of ourselves, but we need an investor to make this dream a reality. The house is in a great location, and would become very successful and profitable. My husband and I would live there and run the entire operation. We would need funds to purchase the home and for start up costs and some renovations.
