I am a podiatrist and I I have worked in enterprise, Alabama for 2 years under another company as 1099 with no contract. I have found them to be unethical and doing many things I do not agree with. I have built up the practice to a staggering number of patients and great success so will be going on my own. I have support of the community and local hospitals as well. I have a job that pays me $700 a day so that will help me keep this going with only small investment but I need some working capital for rent, employees and equipment. The largest problem with healthcare practices is waiting on payment from insurance companies and deductibles in the beginning of the year. I will be doing about 800k a year based on previous experience and reputation in the area
