I am a licensed teacher and a licensed real estate agent and I have completed the courses for being a real estate broker. Real estate is slow, but I would like to become a broker, so that I could control my overhead and have more control over how I run my business. I am currently a full time teacher who is having financial trouble. What I really would like is $50,000 to pay off the majority of my debt. I would rather establish a loan with an investor than keep paying the credit card companies. I need a consolidation loan with a fixed manageable payment, so that I can pay off my debts and the investor can make a profit. The loan would be an unsecured loan.
