I am a real estate investor who is always trying to find funding through hard money lenders and they love me because of how quickly i can get in and ouy of deals but they are always "not lending" when a great deal comes along. What Im trying to do is stream line the process buy having an angel investor money on hand at all times to be able to purchase,repair and sell quickly.I know that at the moment I could do on average 3- 5 house's per month if I had constant cash flow therefore increasing my profits as well as making money for the angel investor!want someone who is willing to be silent but yet have full access to what is going on in the business.p/s on average I will make 15,000 and up in profit on each house!looking for 100,000 and will give 10-14% return on money over time used ie.. monthly payments willing to negotiate deal with angel investor.
