I currently live in an area in Texas that is growing leaps and bounds. The average value of homes in this area is around 200k+. My idea is to build and start a full service carwash. The closest carwash to this area is about 20 miles away. I have found a perfect location, located a company that will sell all equipment as well as send me to their school to learn the maintenance, and I strongly believe that this would be a very strong business in this area. I am estimating the building and purchase of land and all equipment to to be about 1.5 mill. I believe that once open the carwash could generate the 1.5 with in 1 to 2 years. I am interested in finding someone that could either invest and let me buy back eventually or loan and pay back. I am very serious in trying to achieve my goal of owning and operating my own business, my uncle was a very sucessful business man before he retired and he is willing to asist me with any and all advice.
