Progressions is a privately owned bar, restaurant, and lounge located 20 miles south of Boston, in Brockton, MA. I own the real estate as well as the business and I'm interested in selling both or leasing the (URL removed) business has enormous future earning potential because a major developer(The Economic Development Finance Corporation EDFC) is in the process of building 250 residential, commercial, and retail condominiums right next door to us. Also we're located right next to the Commuter Rail Station, and we're on a very busy street. We cater to the young night-life crowd, but we have patrons in the age ranges from 18-65. The age range is so diverse because we have certain nights that are 18 and over and then we have events such as "Gospel Sunday Brunch" that brings in a much older crowd.
