Description:
I have a vision to create a sustainable community in the recreation/ vacation/ ecotourism industry that can return profits in the form of education to the economically disadvantaged. I call it Recreation for Education and have developed this concept and put it on paper. I propose to develop land that we own in Horry County, SC that we have zoned as PDD (mixed use), in the form of a campground. This is a membership organization per phase one that can be evolved into a deeded site development for phase two, opening up a faster return on investment. Investors interested in a new concept in the social enterprise arena and are willing to wait for the return can contact me.
