Cold Frame Funds is a small family of private equity real estate funds. We have two funds. The first is our Developing Value fund, where we focus on opportunistically acquiring real estate projects at significant discounts to appraised value and taking them to completion where they are leased and generating consistent revenue. They will then be sold, either to a third party buyer, or quite possibly to our other real estate fund, the Perennial Income fund, which will make quarterly distributions to shareholders for their share of the rents.
