I currently own 3 Rental Properties and I am looking to expand. I am looking for investors to help jumpstart my company and help with downpayments and/or financing. With the current market situation it is a buyers market and I want to take full advantage of the situation. I currently target rental properties that are greater than 75% occupied and have excellent potential for future success. Currently I have purchased all my properties for under 150K, but with the proper investors I have found some great opportunities ranging from 100K to 500K. The properties I am interested are profitable upon purchase.
