It is a content management system for knowledge workers who would never use an enterprise CMS because of cost and complexity -- in essence, a more secure, more efficient way of managing the 80% of corporate documents that are being shared as email attachments today.
To use (URL removed), you upload a file or create a document in our in-browser word processor. You then invite colleagues to review the document. You receive alerts (via email, RSS or desktop widget) when someone views the document, comments on it, or approves it.
The company has a freemium business model -- users can review and approve documents for free and we charge document creators a recurring annual fee for the ability to create documents.
