Non profit charity providing low income housing and services for the disabled. I am looking to file articles in April and will seek 501(c)3 tax status shortly after. I have a house with 10 bedrooms, and my gross revenue is 4,000 monthly. I am looking for someone to purchase the property and sign a 20 year triple net lease agreement with me. I am seeking 300,000 for purchase and rehab funds, and will repay 600,000 over 20 years. I will pay all of the costs incured by the property except homeowners insurance. I will be tax exempt, and will seek federal funding sources for shortfalls. I am open to adding non voteing members, but all positions are voluntary only.
