Listing Solutions 4 U ( soon to be RealtyMates) is a marketing company that manages realtor's listings on their numerous websites. These Realtor's pay us a start up fee and a monthly retainer fee in order to get out from behind the computer and be able to spend more quality time with their buyers and sellers. Most realtor's are not very computer savvy so it takes them many hours to do what my company can do in a half hour. This service was created while I was selling marketing tools to realtor's and the thing I heard time and again was "these are great tools but I don't have the time to use them Can I pay you to manage them" and unfortunately at that time it was a conflict in interest so I quit and started Listing Solutions 4 U. The first 2 years were great we even had a verbal agreement for a 6 figure contract with a big broker but than before we could finalize the market popped and they put a hold on all their spending. Now that the market is picking up again I want to get back to work and go after this huge contract I have the inside step on this acct and just need the capital to get the company in place for the strike.
