Description:
My company is an LLC. I'm the sole owner of it. I'm looking to purchase car washes and self storage facilities of all sizes in multiple states. I do not own any business at this time but I'm working with a broker who specialises in car washes. I've also been scouting out profitable storage facilities for sale. I'm hoping to partner with someone who can assist me with the down payment(10-15%).
