1st Choice Roofing is based 6 miles outside of downtown Atlanta. We currently employ 10 to 18 subcontractors depending on our work load. In 2007, We invested over $50k dollars in advertising & marketing. Our growth was slowed due to drought conditions in the region. We continued to invest our profits into stronger markets where our ROI would be greater. In 2008, we invested over $80k dollars into advertising & marketing. Our company began to grow rapidly, for the AT&T Yellow Pages had finally been delivered to 8 metro counties surrounding Atlanta.
The opportunity for greater advertising became available for us in August of 2008. AT&T Yelloew Pages would allow a company to advertise on the front cover of their book for the first time in history. Not only would 1st Choice Roofing be on the front of the Atlanta book, we would also be in 3rd position with a 2 paged full colored ad on the inside. With 1st Choice Roofing being on the front cover of the AT&T Yellow Pages, It is projected that our company will capture 0ver 40% of the Atlanta market. If our company captures only 20% of the Atlanta market, Our projections in sales is a minimum of $4.3 million dollars.
1st Choice Roofing has repositioned its competitors with its advertising & marketing as well as being certified by GAF. Our company offers GAF Manufacuture warranties that range from 25,30,40 & 50 year warranties with no cost to the customer. There is no other company in the Atlanta market who is offering these valuable warranty.
In 2009, 1st Choice Roofing is going to be the 3rd largest roofing company in Atlanta, GA. We are here in need of capital to grow & navigate our company through these turbulent times. It is our goal to secure $250k for the growth & success of 1st Choice Roofing.
