We buy distress houses and renovate them to resell for a profit. We started this as a hobby and since we love doing this so much we want to start this as a business. My dad has his own construction business for 30 years. He’s an expert in renovating and pricing the houses to see what work that needs done. Our goal is to get into buying and selling houses full time and slowly get out of the construction business. We renovated and sold a few houses already and use our dad’s money for the buying and fixing up part.
I will give you an example to show you how this will work. Let's say we purchase a house for 100,000 with 20,000 of fixing up cost. You would loan us 120,000 with a interest rate that we both agree on. Once we renovate the property and sell it we would give you back 120,000 p
