My overall business is 4-part but basically overlaps of the same concept of achievement. I currently run my own
small company in which I sell web design, internet marketing, and seo services. I have helped many clients develop their visions into successful businesses. I have already written a book and video tutorials on this as well (1 part). I played sports in college and semi pro and I just finished another book on the subject of winning psychology and personal development specifically for professional athletes. (The professional athletes have deep pockets and can afford my services.) Of which I already have a publisher that will push the book. Through my web service I can effectively market and promote my own products in addition to enlisting an army of affiliates as well. All my products and services back end customers to my higher priced coaching and speaking services (2 part). I have developed a system from the sports program I offer, that is geared more for common people. It's focus is health & wellness for everyday people. Again I have books and materials already that back end into my higher priced programs and coaching (3 part). I have a couple of areas already picked out in California where I have a plan for an animal wildlife preserve. I have selected some semi-exotic animals native to the area for show to the public also. This will be non profit and will provide excellent tax privileges (4 part).
What I need is to monies to relocate my operation to a more metropolitan area that will be even more advantageous financially for the business. Upgraded business equipment needs to be purchased as well, i.e. computer hardware, software, office equipment. By my modest estimates, I will need approximately $50k usd in order to effectively accomplish this and position the business in a way to promote maximum profits in the shortest amount of time.
