Together they have currently invested $321,693.00 of their own money into Pizzaiolis, LLC and will be obtaining additional bank financing for the lease, renovation, working capital and opening of Pizzaiolis, LLC. Pizzaiolis, LLC is a registered Limited Liability Florida Corporation. The Company has negotiated its first lease with Woolbright Development at its upscale location in Naples, FL ((URL removed)). Pizzaiolis, LLC will be a 100+ seat full service pizzeria and restaurant featuring an average ticket of $10.00 per person lunch, a $14.00 average ticket dinner menu, and a $2.50 average beverage ticket with wine and beer sales contributing to the overall concept. Take out and delivery will also prove vital in the success of this endeavor. Pizzaiolis, LLC has a very unique concept offering Authentic Neapolitan wood fired pizza with all natural and organic toppings, Paninis, signature salads and desserts all made in house.
