Description:
Alpha Dog Training has been doing business in Charleston, SC for over 12 years. For many years the business also dealt, serviced and installed Invisible Fence products. Now due to a buyout and non-compete agreement I am out of that side of the business. I have been patiently waiting for the right location/price to become available to open a doggy daycare/boarding/training facility, which has now happened. Should gross around 200k/year. I dont need much. Just looking for a few small investors to make sure I get through the first 3 or 4 months without running into working capital problems. Each $3,000 buys 1% of net revenue annually. Solid small investment, good return. Area is booming and this will be the largest daycare facility in wealthy town with lots of dog crazy people.
