GREEN CITY FINANCE is a specialty finance company that is poised to take advantage of the increase in “eco” spending by providing capital for Energy Saving Upgrades, Alternative Energy and Lighting Retrofits.
GREEN CITY FINANCE is targeting energy upgrades and alternative energy sources, such a solar panels, for commercial, municipal, university, hospital, airport and industrial projects.
We have about $15mil in deals in our pipeline, but need about $500k to hire a CFO, and for working capital. We are working with JP Morgan and a few equity partners on Wall Street to establish a $50mil working line of credit to fund Energy Efficiency projects to credit worthy customers, but this will take some time.
We need some working capital to help us get thru this phase and we are willing to give equity ownership in return. Please let me know if this is something that might interest you.
