Description:
"The Happenstance" is a Jazz and blues themed restaurant/bar concept looking to open in the East Orlando area. We hope to provide an ambiance and atmosphere which will cater to business professionals and those looking for an upscale, sophisticated ambiance that is not prevelent in this quickly growing area of Orlando. Through our vast experience managing corporate casual dinning restaurants, we believe we have put together a solid, cost effective, unique, and financially viable business plan that will allow us to eventually duplicate our concept for expansion into other Central Florida areas with a similar demographic to that of Eastern Orlando.
