Tech Differential has Nationally Accredited Universities and Certified IT training centers for the under employed, the career changers, the unemployed as well as incumbent workers to fill the IT SKILL GAP. In addition, we are inviting HS Seniors graduating in the current year and future years to participate in our Apprenticeship Programs. Our clients, The Companies, Governments and Nonprofits will support the students with a competitive pay scale. Tech Differentials Consulting component of the platform discovers the talent skills needed and customizes the training needed for each enterprise. We also provide extensive interviews with the candidate pool to using our proprietary filter to see who qualifies for admission. Through our Non-Profit affiliation (Apprenticeship Now), we will provide Tuition Funding using grants and donations in conjunction with Tuition Funding from our Universities (Pell Grants, GI Bill etc.)(URL removed) student must satisfactorily complete the classroom and hands-on work experience before being hired permanently.
