I am looking at starting a Haunted house in upstate NY. Not just any Haunted house, but one that is going to be the best in the Northeast. Halloween is now number two in holiday sales right under christmas for decorations, why not get involved? It's not going to be just a haunted house, but an experience everyone can enjoy from the youngest child to the oldest adult. An avg haunted house that is open every day in Oct and just weekends in Sept. can make up to $800,000 in two months. And thats just the haunted house part not including the scene shop and costume house along with it. Where we would make scenes for other haunted houses and ship them out to buyers.
