Description: Myself and my partners are looking for start up funding to build a medieval/ renaissance faire theme park in the Utah area. Currently there is only 1 amusement park in the entire state! We have run much smaller faires at city parks with great success! People love it! Our research has uncovered that fairs in other states pull in an estimated $1 mill to $4 mill (URL removed) THEY ONLY OPERATE ON THE WEEKENDS AND SOME HOLIDAYS!! We think we can do much much better that those figures. Our smaller shows have proved it. We already have a business plan and some concept art to show some of what we have in mind.
