The total build-out of the Gateway Resort at Coeur d’Alene Lake will cost in excess of $4 million, 75 percent of which will be spent in the first one to two years to build new 3 level 30 room hotel restaurant night club convenience store and auto gas station, the balance – dock gas station upgrade and boat dock condo project units – will be built and sold over subsequent years as the market dictates.
During the construction phase, the Project will generate more than 87 person-years of employment, providing over $2 million in direct salaries and wages.
