The idea for “ Private Online Backgammon Play” is simple. Players would join a private membership backgammon site which uses high definition video, audio and graphics to simulate face to face play. This gives players from all over the world the ability to engage in one on one play as if they were in the same room. Allowing online money play between players, which is the majority of the serious players ( of course not in US). Players have previously refrained from playing online because they were unable to see each other,
A chat box would also be included to allow translation for players in different parts of the world speaking different languages to play each other. Speed and board quality are the foundation of the system.
Members will pay a monthly fee of $49.95. Initial projections of 2000 members at end of year 2.
