We have been open for 12 months and have enjoyed a cosistant growth since day one. We also own coventional storage, construction company and a land development LLc.
To make a long story short we were using the construction compny for input untill we turn a profit 7-09. We are right on our buisness plan except our constuction company is just holding it's own now, and can no longer input funds. Without outside help we will soon be out of funds. This is a very simple and good buisness. As an investor , it could be handeled hands off 100% or you could be involved as much as desrired. It is fully up and running and has no debt other than truck leases. I think the average investor would be supprised at the projected, and priviosly proven, income potential.
