Description:
Privacy and security counts; Users are beginning to understand that 3rd party ad networks and data aggregators are tracking their Web activities without users' consent. Users are now learning their own government is tracking them through the NSA. On the security front, malware developers are increasing their breadth and sophistication of attacks, capturing even the most alert users through "drive-by" compromises.
Cocoon is the first fully integrated "cloud browser" with our mission to create a private and secure browsing experience for the consumer. With Cocoon all of your meta data such as history, cookies, passwords, disposable email data reside in our secure cloud with no ability for these to be identified to a user. When you log out of Cocoon nothing is stored on the user's computer.
We also protect users from viruses, malware, and phishing vulnerabilities, by never allowing them to execute on to their hard drive. Our browser portable solution enables users to have access to their accounts and sessions from any machine on which they run Cocoon.
Our revenue model is not based on paid ads tracking our customers, or even subscription (although we do offer that) but instead through our affiliate shopping site, Cocoon Shop Safe. Here, you can shop safely without fear of identity loss or risk of malware. The user is safe in our Cocoon. In addition, our customer will receive part of our commissions (like ebates) once we are paid by the merchant.
