Description:
We are a real estate development and investment company. Our company has three areas of operations: property management, property investment (acquisition for renovation and resale), and non-company owned renovations. Our rentals will provide steady income for operations, our investments will allow us to grow and expand, and our renovations will provide additional cash flow. Our home base is a town comprised of five historical districts that are each a bounty of quality, restoreable, historic homes that will be a perfect springboard into what will eventually become an international organization. We have the passion and expertise that will ensure our company's success. All we need is the start up capital it will take to get off the ground.
