Description:
Dear Sirs,
I send you this letter as I have invested into properties in the Algarve-Portugal and seeking an investor or partner to develop the idea I have.
The reason for that is that I had a private individual that was going to be on board but for health and professional reasons , he is leaving .
The situation is as follow:
Investment in properties-Portugal. Recently I invested in a urban plot of land offering panoramic sea view (in the Algarve) in order to create a unique project for a new villa that I will resale for a premium price.
- The amount necessary to cover the project is 70.000 euros (appx. 85.000 dollars).
