I want to start a drive-thru coffee, espresso, and pastry shop. It would be located on hwy 87 a major hwy. I have ran my own business before in northern Ca. (espresso) But I have moved to NM. I have been here for 9yrs. They will be putting in a Racino in a nearby town ( Raton, NM). The major Hwy I will be located on is the byway from TX to CO. This is a great location for a drive thru. I would be able to catch all the ski'ers on their way to Co slopes or travelers for summer tourism.
