Description: My business is to take advantage of a market sector lightly exploited. This will provide shopping opportunities to all Americans because food sold will come from USA, Mexico, the Caribbean, Africa, South America and South East Asia. The products marketed will range from processed foods to organic products and meats from different parts of the World. My Company was first established in Yaoundé, Cameroon, in 1987. It was a basic provision Store, which grow to include the sales of many imported and local foodstuff. I was involved in the export of Tea, Coffee and cocoa, to name a few. My experience is well over 5 years. Tropical food is my specialty. I was involved with tropical foods very early in life. I was part of a Family business, sales of tropical foods as early as 10 years old. When I got out of College in 1985, I started planning to do this business. By 1987, I operated my first store, named Almandine International. My greatest strength in USA is that I attended College in USA with a degree in Business management. I can manage as much as $45,000,000 +. I will love to grow this business from a humble start. Business is my passion. In 1997, 10 years after my first business, I invited partners from Singapore and Malaysia to set up a Free Trade zone Business in Douala Cameroon. We invested in a veneer and plywood Factory. With less wood available, we closed and parted ways. One of the team members is Ms. Bridget Ndahndem. She worked with me in the Malaysian / Singaporean project, which was title IMS Cameroon = Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore Investment in Cameroon. This market is the best market during economic crisis and boom. People eat all the time. I have carefully studied the Market strategies of Wal-Mart. I will love to adopt his strategy, which gets a high clientele by playing with pricing. In NorthShore, MA, the competition is with Stop and shop, Tropical Market in Boston, Latino stores, Mexican stores, and South Asian stores etc. We will stand the challenge of stiff competition because our products will be acquired from the source. Buyers will be local. Our products will offload at the Boston seaport. With the help of Internet, we will control all transactions from the Head office, Revere, MA. This will take some time to write out all financial projections. A pound of product bought in Africa will have a total gain of over 200% in retail stores in Revere, MA. This projection may vary from product to product and also depending in What Country you buy such a product. E.g. a pound of yam in Cameroon may be 10 cents. The same yam will cost about $2.50/pd in Revere, MA and everywhere in USA. My short terms goals are to consolidate the mother store, but if business gets better, we will locate our industries wisely and expand to other good locations, following a similar plan that the founder of Wal-Mart used. We may finally have a name change to fit the goals of the company. The investment will be spent on renting and equipping the shop. Many products made in America will be delivered on 60-90 days payment contracts. For a start, we will buy a lot of products from the New York market. Investors are welcome to discussion. This topic is open to elaborate negotiations. It may take as little as 3-4 years to break even in this project. We will be able to sell to local shops as wholesalers, cutting off the New York market. When we break even in 3-4 years, the market profit may be up to 20-25% net profit.
