Description: In these few pages you will read about a unique investment opportunity that allows you to make a return of between eight and fifteen (8% and 15%) percent on your investment by providing safe and affordable housing, a basic need of every human being. The primary objective of this plan is to provide safe affordable housing for the following segments of the population in the greater Augusta, Ga. and surrounding communities, this is to include but not limited to, the poor, working poor, and minimum wage earners, and individuals holding entry-level positions requiring a four-year degree. In addition, the elderly on fixed income and those whose income level is between twelve and twenty four ($12,000.00 and $24,000.00) thousand dollars a year needing various forms of assistance performing daily basic functions (i.e. getting dressed bathing combing there hair etc.), and the disabled and the homeless. There is a drastic need for safe and affordable housing for the residents of the inner cities of America, a segment of the population that is far to often forgotten and or exploited. Once an operational plan is developed First Affordable Housing Capital Partners LLC. (Hereafter referred to as FAH or the company) will do to affordable housing for this segment of the population what McDonalds founders did to fast food. Ask yourself this question is safe and affordable housing not as important as food. This investment is real estate based, an historical cornerstone of building wealth. It should be noted that approximately seventy (70%) of FAH’s income will be generated from the following Federal, State, City and County government programs that are currently in place and have been funded continually in one form or another since the 1930’s. Congress has appropriated funding well beyond the life span of this venture
