Reality Partners finds income property in the mid level income range and we lease the property out to individuals who are looking to purchase their first home. We have set up our leases to work for both party's. As we are a for profit company we do look to profit but we also look to help others as well. We screen our applicants to ensure we are getting good up standing people who just need a little help. after all We are not in this to lose money. We lease the property to individuals for 3 years and then apply a portion of thier payments towards their down payment, we hold all of the mortgages on our property's and have many safe guards in place incase of non payment. Having said that there is always a risk but it is worth the reward. Not only do we make money but we help others as well. F
