Based on my extensive experience in the nightclub business, I am requesting a loan to start my own night club in Mishawaka called The Asylum Night Club.
My personal experience in this area consists of 7years as a club promoter, as well as a MC/disc jockey in the South Bend and Mishawaka area, as well as 8 years outside the US working in the entertainment and tourism profession.
The Mishawaka area is great for a successful high-end night club. Mishawaka has grown by 10% each year for the past several years and is still growing. This growth includes the local mall which is expanding, new apartment complexes, a new hospital and several shopping centers with restaurants, cafés, bars and stores. There are also 2 colleges and 2 universities in the area.
The night club will focus on attracting the young professionals that live and work in the surrounding area as well as the students of the universities and colleges.
Most of my competitors are in South Bend, but they lack the services of a high-end night club and some of them are only open 2 or 3 nights per week.
