Motion Sports Development and Performance Center, LLC, (also referred to as “Motion
Sports” and “the Company”) is a start-up fitness and recreation facility geared toward
the entire family, offering an array of options including fitness, dance, gymnastics, and
more. An onsite physical therapist and sports psychologist will lend value to its operations, giving
members access to key resources that support and address all aspects of physical fitness including
cardiovascular health, muscle strength and endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Motion
Sports will also provide team and individual sport-specific training. The facility will exist as a different
type of community resource, one that serves the entire family’s fitness needs under one roof. Motion
Sports will offer Special Olympics training as well as a scholarship program for underprivileged
athletes in addition to providing therapy options for Wounded Warriors. The Company seeks funding
to open the 35,000 square-foot facility in Denver, Colorado.
