Description: We are a hi-tech mega cleaners where by we provide full Dry Cleaning, Laundry and Leather cleaning and expert alteration services. We built our first ever Dry Cleaning Plant from scratch or ground up in 1999 and ran it successfully for about a year and then sold it at a profit. Again ventured into dry cleaning once again in 2005 by buying out an 50 year existing facility with the property and renovated it completely since the same was under grand father clause upon take over hence brought it up to local codes and ran it close to 10 years and then bought this another hi-tech mega location in the same town that was doing business turn over to the tune of $1 mil annually but was run down by the last folks who ran it down and then closed it down after selling off parts of the set up and then closed down the rest under bankruptcy protection. We brought up everything upon taking over some 7-8 months back and have been successful in bringing in one of the old contract to carry out linen in bulk for one of the largest clubs and are constantly trying to win back other contracts. In the mean time, most of the old customers that used to frequent this place before us have come back also not a day goes by that a new customer shows up at our location since it is very convenient location in this area. We now have national ambitions since we have signed up some preliminary documents with Walmart Corporation who have over 600 super centers nationwide and we have possibility to offer our services by establishing a pick up and drop off store in each of Walmart locations over time after trying out our hand at a select few here in upstate South Carolina. The plan is is to offer a win win service with a view to create a brand recognition first here in our local areas then expand our operations to other Walmart super centers over time. We also have possibilities of offering 24 x 7 express dry cleaning service through kiosk like fully automated stores placed strategically at some 24 x 7 operating locations all over our local areas. This with a view to reduce the biggest overhead by way of not employing any help nor requirement of leasing expensive real estate. This also with a view to bring in brand recognition first locally then expanding the same elsewhere. We look forward to parties to par take in our future by allowing us seed investment capital and know how it possible to scale up to the levels mentioned above.
