Description:
I am looking for full startup funding for a development in the North East Houston Area. My dream is to take one of the many abandoned department store real estate sites and turn it into a multi-venue shopping and entertainment lot. Initially There would be at least one business there: my own comedy club (something that is sorely needed for the area) and the rest of the lots (after reconfiguring the site) would be rented out as revenue streams for my company. Please contact me and tell me what you think.
