Many schools are not able to incorporate or integrate personal skills curricula due to time, budget, and common core learning mandates. To solve that we developed programs with a micro-learning approach that are delivered digitally in 5-10 minute "Compass Bites" twice a week over 15 weeks. Learners strengthen the ability to follow their own Compass which leads to better character, decision making, conflict resolution etc.
Main Street Pilot's content and programs accelerate essential personal skills that achieve and maintain positive behavior, self-respect, and competence in solving for better outcomes. Our new language tools, based on the Compass of Right™, are not the status quo programs that tell you what to do or how to "succeed". Rather, our content is inward-focused on the individual and also promotes a shared language that can create common ground in any community - schools, families or organizations.
