Description: Kingley Institute provides healthcare services to those with chronic lifestyle disease. We are raising money ($6 million as part of a $25 - $30 million larger stage) to fund a large scale facility in Florham Park NJ, as a first step in a broader regional and ultimately national expansion program. We are partnered with an ambulatory surgical center (~50 surgeons) with a particular focus on the bariatric market. Our services of nutrition, mental health counseling, exercise, and primary care medicine (through a partner company), all coordinated by clinically trained wellness advisors, provide a unique service platform to address this large scale opportunity to treat adults and children. The business model is a combination of third party payors and fee for service with strong margins and return on capital. We are the only Company offering this combination of services focused on this market in the Northeast (and to our knowledge nationally). We have combined these clinical services with different business models into a coherent platform with scalable infrastructure. We have brought capital to the provision of allied health care services (nutrition, mental health, exercise), integrated those with medicine, arranged partnerships with surgeons to provide medical and lifestyle services to their patient base, and optimized the economic model for the provision of these services. Our Company has been in business for 4 years, operates out of 8 smaller location throughout NJ plus NE Philadelphia, and Long Island. I am the sole owner and have provided almost $2 million of funding to date. This model is robust enough to survive the current financial market paralysis and thrive as the markets stabilize.
