Home in One is licensed as a Mortgage Broker in 5 states (WI/IA/SD/MN and CA). Licensed in CA both as Dept of Real Estate (DRE) and a Consumer Finance Lender (CFL). Additional licenses being sought in AZ, IL, FL. We wish to grow throughout the country and allow our associates to run their own office, or work out of their home. Our concept is to pay high commissions to attract the best loan officers, provide in-house processing and loan placement, and take care of the back room details of running a business. We are working on systems manuals and trademark registrations to allow for a franchise concept. Obtaining a CFL in CA is quite a financial undertaking and it has strained our cash flow. A CFL license allows for a huge upside to our growth, but we need additional operational cash flow to keep recruiting loan originators, keep working on our systems, and to keep acquiring state licenses. The three main owners have a combined 80 plus years in the mortgage, title insurance and real estate industry.
