Description:
GITS has been in business for a little of over four years. We have a residential replacement and service business for home comfort systems. We also have a commercial installation division. The manager of our commercial department has extensive knowledge and connections in the industrial refrigeration market in Florida. We can utilize these relationships to perform very profitable jobs. For example: typical projects that we will perform in the first year of this divisions operation will be between $100,000-$400,00. Most of these projects will take between one and four weeks to complete our entire portion of the project and we will be performing them at a profit margin of 25-30%, which is common in that industry. We are looking for capital to help fund the initial projects.
