We are a family going to start a new concept of a Dessert Cafe. A comfortable, somewhat starbucks looking, but with many high end pastries(cakes, cheesecake, pie, etc) We also will have premium 16% butterfat ice cream which is the quality of Ben and Jerry's or cold stone creamery. Specialty coffee, tea, cappuccino, latte, etc. will also be served. This is not a franchise, YET! I plan on taking it to a franchise level, but needs more funding to make this opportunity happen.
