The Private Placement Programs (PPP) that we work with are the Top 10 world banks. Which allow us to produce very high profit capabilities for companies that are looking to enhance there profitability. They are designed for investors to utilize there investments such as (BG) Bank Guarantees, (MTN) Mid Term Notes, (CD) Certificate of Deposits, (SBLC) Stand by Letter of Credit or Cash to be placed in to programs that are geared to trade against bank instruments or to purchase bank debt at a highly discounted rate to be used to trade for high profit percentages. The purpose of a Direct-Pay Letter of Credit is to reduce the aggregate cost of financing. An interest-only loan at 30- day Libor is ideal for most any borrower. Moreover, depending on your relationship with your bank, a DPLC can generally be obtained for 0.75% to 2.00%. We can also pay this fee for you at the time of closing from the proceeds.
