Description:
In the Savannah, Ga area there is no comedy clubs. Here is a void that needs to be filled. The market would be mine, due to there is no competition. I see the potential for a upscale comedy house to make financial leaps during its growth. I have the ideas, management skills, and I have been in the building industry for past 7 years. to which I can apply to the building of the and design of the Comedy House. My need is the most important, investors. I do not have the capital to make this happen. My opinionn is the returns for the investors can be substantial. Find a need within a city and fill that need. This is how cities grow and entrepreneurs
