This is a start-up. I have a location picked out but have not signed a lease until I know I can get funded. We will be located in the International Plaza, Tampa, FL. This mall continues to thrive even in these hard economic times. I have $250,000 and need and additional $100,000 to pay for the inventory and capital items (Point of sale system, server, etc.). The store will feature designer and other apparel. We will cater to everyone; men and women, from junior to plus sizes. We will feature celebrity clothing lines along with other high demand lines. And no namers from NY and LA designers to keep the prices low and the customers's coming. We will also have other tems such as accessories, handbags, shoes, etc. We will be a one-stop shop alternative to the big department store. We will hold special events, to include food and a dj to keep the crowds coming. We intend this to be a high energy, highly profitable venture.
