Description: Hello, My partner and I are looking for someone to invest with us on opening up a lounge / nightclub. There are a couple of ways we could go. One that is up and running and that needs a total face lift or start from scratch. We are busy people in real estate. We own a real estate, title, and law firm. In this market it is up and down for us and we have thought about this new industry for a while now. The support we have is our designer form Miami. He is one of the best well-know designers in the nightclub business. We have flown down there and gone over material. If you can or know someone that could help or guide us in the right directions please let mem know. Thank you for your time.
