. The business concept will concentrate on wine sales, both on and off premise. The Wine Kitchen will feature 30 wines by the taste, glass and bottle. The food will be of a tapas nature designed to compliment the wine. The food will also be packed for easy pick-up and home “cooking” while paired with different wines.
