This is a great business opportunity at a reasonable cost. The huge facility serves as a meeting place for most town organizations. The restaurant and bar are open 5 nights a week for dinner. The bowling alley is open 5 nights a week for 5 months for league bowling only. The bowling alley has it's own bar that is covered under the same liquor license. The hall is rented out most weeks for small weddings, parties, and banquets.
While the business is very busy, there are lots of opportunities to increase cashflow. Under my supervision, the following changes would be made:
1) The restaurant would be opened for lunch as well as dinner. If the demand is there, I would also open for breakfast.
