Real Estate market at this time is is falling due to the amount of Forclosures. Well I believe this could be the proper time (if there is any such thing) to Invest in the Real Estate Market, many of the forclosures that I have seen have decent amounts of Equity, but, the owners have fallen on hard times and can't make their payments. This is very bad for the Houseing Values but, can be very equitable for an investor who is willing to purchase a home BELOW Market Value and clean it up for Resale.
