Henry Brothers Inc. was started by my brother and I this year. Initially, to buy and flip homes in the Nashville,TN area. However, we have had a lot of interest in new subdivisions in the Wilson County area. We are current partners in another company New Life Homes and are in the process of building our first subdivision. With God's blessing we are looking for investors for a 40 acre plot of land that has already been approved for 50 homes. We need to raise the start-up money for the purchase of the land and development. The plan would to build our homes here, but have entertained the idea of selling developed lots to other builders to help generate funds to pay back our investors sooner.
